| #1 | Hikou "Flight" - This is not flying with ki energy like most characters do, this is the ability to actually fly. You'll notice the Artificial Humans are listed as being able to do this. "Well how can they fly if they don't have wings?". I don't know, however, it's well known that the Artificial Humans do not have ki. So it would be impossible for them to fly using ki. The character raises their ki, and literally floats on top of it. As the user becomes more skilled, they can maneuver through the air by increasing and decreasing the output and direction of their ki. Any normal human in the Dragon Ball world can actually do this, they just need to be able to find their ki. Allows you to travel 2 squares a day. |
